  1. My tip is to pick a right toothbrush whose head and bristles are small enough to reach the back (molars) of the mouth where food is unnoticeable. Floss regularly. Use a mouthwash. Brush your tongue. Stop snacking after brushing your teeth at night, if you plan on snacking make sure you brush your teeth again. #FreshBreathCheck

  2. Brush your teeth with a good toothbrush for at least 2 minutes.

  3. Invest in a good toothbrush, use a good mouthwash and don’t forget to floss 😊

  4. #FreshBreathCheck brush your teeth twice a day and flossing is also important

  5. Follow a consist oral hygiene routine at least twice a day.
    Floss
Brush your teeth and scrape plaque from tongue
Rinse with a good mouth wash

Visit the oral hygenist every 6 months

    1. Brush teeth twice a day, and floss. Gargle with a good mouthwash after each meal

  8. Snack on crunchy, healthy foods… apples, celery, carrots remove food caught between your teeth and rub away bacteria.

    Nature’s toothbrushes. #FreshBreathCheck

    1. Have a set routine and stick to it. Make the time, teeth are forever. And yiir good hygiene habits will rub off on your kids. I’ve been struggling to make the time but I’m making a conscious effort. I slip up sometimes, but i try to stick to it. Good toothbrush, replace the whole family’s consistently. Having bad breath impacted my life so negatively so i get to the dentist at least twice a year and make a priority. Baby girl will be going in a few months as well for her first visit! Start them young!

  9. Brush your mouth property and make sure your diet is teeth friendly #FreshBreathCheck 🥰

    1. Plaque can also build up on your tongue. Not only can this lead to bad mouth odor, but it can lead to other oral health problems. Gently brush your tongue every time you brush your teeth.
