Celebrate Secretaries Day at The Maslow Sandton

September 5, 2018 @ 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Secretaries Day - PeanutGallery247

Let her escape for tea and cake

The Maslow Sandton will be staging a special edition of its Pairing High Tea in honour of the unsung heroes of the workplace on Secretaries Day, 5 September 2018. PAs, admin personnel and secretaries will be treated to an indulgent five course High Tea overlooking the hotel’s tranquil oasis gardens.

The Pairing High Tea is an inspiring journey of sweet and savoury treats that are innovatively paired with the signature tea selection from Ronnefeldt to enhance the flavours and delight the senses. While the five pairing courses are served, ladies can also help themselves to a sumptuous selection of beautifully-crafted cakes, desserts, sandwiches, pastries and sushi.

There is an overwhelming choice, including amongst others The Maslow’s colourful, stacked rainbow cake; orange and almond cake; bitter chocolate tartlet with Turkish delight; red velvet opera, berry tartlets, chocolate friandees; chocolate mousse; cheesecake; vanilla bean scones; lemon meringue; cucumber and cottage cheese knots; caramelized tomato and onion quiche, and strawberry five-course.

“We have redefined the age-old custom of taking high tea for today’s discerning tea enthusiast to combine the essences of then and now for the ultimate experience. This is certainly a wonderful way to say ‘thank you’ to the people in the office who keep the wheels turning,” says says The Maslow’s Executive Chef, Justin Jonah.

The Maslow’s Pairing High Tea on Secretaries Day will be served from 13h00 to 16h00. The cost per adult is R320 per guest.
